Do you provide a replacement vehicle while mine is being fixed?
If you need/want one, this is no problem at all. We have replacement vehicles nationwide of all types.
How long does the claim process usually take?
This totally depends on the at fault insurer, if the other driver reports the accident right away, and if they admit liability. But you can be sure that we apply constant pressure to them and keep you updated every step of the way.
Can I just keep the money and not fix my car, or have someone else fix it cheaper?
Yes! With us, once the damage has been assessed by our expert engineers, you are free to do as you wish with the compensation money!
Can I trust that my No Claims Discount will remain untouched?
